Abstract:
This disclosure proposes adding a supporting structure in cash cabinet to keep it at the same height as the rest of the SCO system. Then it can be installed smoothly. Cash cabinet installation issues due to it's weight being heavier than SCO system when they are on several kind of carpets.
Background:
Cash cabinet is hard to install when SCO is set on carpet. The cash cabinet is heavier than SCO system, which causes it to sink more into the carpet that the rest of the cabinet, causing the guiding structure to misalign.
Add dummy foot to maintain cash cabinet height to confirm guiding pin position.
Description:
Detail description of cash cabinet installation solution are as below:
1. Add dummy foot to keep the same height, even cash cabinet be installed on different carpets.
2. Use low coefficient of friction material to slide cash cabinet easily.
3. Create slight curve to mitigate friction force.
