Abstract:
T
his Disclosure proposes a solution for the customer so they can use a proper sized plastic bag and reduce environmental pollution. Customers are often forced to use an incorrect size plastic bag when checking out. It results in the waste of an extra plastic bag or the inconvenience  of a plastic bag that is too small.

This disclosure is to provide a solution for the customer who can easily use a properly sized plastic bag and reduce environmental pollution.

Background:
When customers check out, the store only provides plastic bags of fixed size or a few sizes for customers to pick. Often customers need to use more than one plastic bag to pack. In this case, customers use more plastic bags than they need, resulting in an increased chance of creating waste and possible pollution.

By using our Dynamic plastic bag system, we can customize the length of the plastic bag required by the customer, the amount of plastic can be fully used and prevent any unnecessary waste.

Description:
A roll of the bag tube is stored in the system (could be under the counter). A roller mechanism delivers the tube to the customer (could be above the counter). In the system near the bag tube exit, there is a sealing machine and a cutter.

The proper length of the bag tube can be determined when the product barcode is scanned, then the roller can supply a certain length bag tube to the exit. Once the bag tube length meets the desired value, the sealing machine seals the tube then the tube becomes a bag, then the cutter will cut the bag from the tube for the customer to use.

Usages:

  1. Three size(S,M,L) of rolls of the bag tube are stored in the system, the size of bag will be served automatically based the items that user checked out.
  2. The roller mechanism delivers the tube to the customer (could be above the counter). In the system near the bag tube exit, there is a sealing machine and a cutter(designs are in above pictures).
