Abstract:
This disclosure proposes an app that would use AI to recommend plants that would grow well for a specific location. The user would take a picture of the existing Flora in the area where they wanted to plant something. The AI would identify the existing plants and use that to recommend other plants that grow well in similar conditions.

Background:
It can be surprisingly difficult to choose plants for landscaping or gardening that will grow well in a given environment.

Description:
From a user's perspective, all they need to do is take a picture of a plot of land and the software will spit out recommendations. Behind the scenes, the software will identify various types of plants in the picture as well as the relative health and condition of each plant. That data can be used to estimate water, sunlight, soil composition, range of temperatures, etc in order to recommend other plants that will grow well in a similar environment.
