Generative AI to Improve Prioritization and Efficiency Across Individuals’ Activities

Abstract:
A project management solution that would help organize and keep track of deliverables, action items and other outcomes that are discussed during team meetings and through other forms of online communications (emails). The solution would summarize the information and then send it to the relevant stakeholders ensuring everyone on the team is on the same page, allowing for increased efficiency and the reduction in miscommunications.

Background:
Today keeping track of meeting outcomes is a manual process that usually rests on the hands of the team manager and other members present in the meeting. Keeping track of outcomes, deliverables, minutes, etc. can be time consuming and can cause certain tasks to fall through the cracks. Today there are solutions that will help record, summarize, and transcribe meetings and emails. However, these solutions only help with summarization and basic task management, there doesn’t seem to be a solution that encompasses all these features while also helping assign, compile and manage all the tasks in one location.

Description:
1.Feed an individual’s emails, calendar, and meeting transcripts for the week into Generative A.I.  Generative A.I. then summarizes those individual’s action items and due dates, and helps the individual prioritize high profile business projects based on other inputs coming in from other people’s emails and calendars.

2.Feed an individual’s emails, calendar, and meeting transcripts for the week into Generative A.I. to automatically generate a weekly update for their manager.

3.Feed TEAMS meeting into Generative A.I., and Generative A.I. then sends out a summary of the meeting meetings to participants, action items, and due dates… that way no one must re-watch the recording or read through the Microsoft transcripts.
