Abstract:
This disclosure proposes a smart messaging automobile that uses an app-based software that is linked between cars and users’ phone, to determine if the person will need to use the car to get to a certain appointment on the calendar or if the person is shopping for groceries that needs to stay at a certain temperature. When the requirement is detected, it will auto remind the user to start the car, to keep it either cool in summer or warm in winter, so you don't have to remember to pre-start the car before using it.

Background:
When going to an event or scheduled appointment, or when you are grocery shopping and purchasing items that needs to be either ‘cool’ or ‘warm’, you forget to pre-start your car to either cool it down during summertime or warm it up during wintertime.

Description:
A system or app-based software that is linked between cars and users calendar events/schedules, to determine if the person will need to use the car to get to a certain appointment on the calendar.

It has the smarts built in to know when an event is approaching and if the usage of the vehicle is required. Once detected, it will automatically send a reminder to the user to ask if they need to pre-start the car, to keep it either cool at summer or warm at winter.

It will also utilize the temperature sensor to know if the car needs to be pre-started or not.... i.e., during fall seasons, the car may stay at a cool temp, where starting the car is not necessary, thus the auto-remind will not be sent from the car.

A unique way to link this to shopping event is, when shopping for groceries and during checkout, this same app based software can be linked to the store loyalty and the checkout transactions, where it can detect the items being purchased in real-time, and when an item that requires 'cooler' temperature, it can notify/alert the user to pre-start the car while checking out, so when they store the groceries in the car, it would be at a 'cooler' temperature to help keep the food better.

Another reminder to this feature is detecting car door opening when the key fob is not at a certain distance from the car.... i.e., theft event. When the car detects car door opening when the key fob is 'far' away, it will send a warning message to the user, indicating door is being opened, to address possible theft.

Usages:

Auto starting automobiles during hot summer days or cold winter days, to best accommodate required temperature settings, for both comfort as well as providing optimal environment for groceries purchased by the user.

Enabling Technology:

Auto starting of automobiles currently used by many industries.

Claims:

Method to auto start automobiles utilizing app-based software to detect personal calendar events, as well as store apps used on the phone during shopping in real-time to alert the user to activate auto start of their automobiles while checking out.
