Abstract:
This disclosure proposed a method to eliminate unwanted objects in a photo. The method allows the User to define the master subject(s) of a picture so that User could obtain an assisted picture omitting the sudden foreign component or its effect introduced during which the picture is taken.

Background:
Many a times, when we are attempting to take a picture, the few split seconds before we press the shutter, there may be people, animals or even wind blown effects that comes in suddenly that will affect/block the look of how the main subject that matters to the photographer or subject.
Hence this idea that perhaps, we have a setting in the device that could store actual “live” views. User could select the subject(s) - which are the items that are important to the outcome of the picture eg.. all of Me( including my shoes, my makeup, my earrings, my dimple etc). At the instance that the “shutter” is pressed, a white bird flies over in the real time photo is taken. Subsequently, there could be a computerized processing to discover any sudden outcome that will affect/block the look of how the main subject look.
In this example, white bird is obviously the foreign object.
If does, the best stored actual “live” view of Me prior to the shutter press while the other background items remain of the instance when the shutter is pressed could be used so that the user get the best picture. Such best picture should be named as assisted view picture from the physical presence where time difference is at close proximity which is different from photoshop ones. This idea also saves the User having to retake or screening through to spot the problematic shots with the foreign object.

Description:
Existing prior art focuses on the thereafter editing on taken pictures, and at times editing the picture into something that is artificial that removes physical infrastructures that exists. Such as the prior art that removes the street lamp wiring, changing the clothing or adding foreign items that never existed at the time of photo.

In our disclosure, User could select the subject(s) - what are the items that are important to the outcome of the picture. That is  the User first defines the master subject(s) to intended to be the outcome.
The focus of our disclosure is on sudden foreign items/object brought in that will affect the defined master subject(s) of a picture.

User could select the subject(s) - what are the items that are important to the outcome of
the picture eg.. all of Me( including my shoes, my makeup, my earrings, my dimple etc).
At the instance that the “shutter” is pressed, a white bird flies over, the real time photo is
taken. Subsequently, there could be a computerized processing to discover any sudden
outcome that will affect/block the look of how the main subject look.

Method
1. Take a picture, called it sample_picture.
2. Select the item that you want to make as the subject in the sample_picture.
3. Select the time frame of live that you want to collect before the shutter is pressed,
call it live_frame_pictures.
4. Press the shutter
5. The actual live picture is taken, call it shutteredpress_picture
6. Determine the foreign object..by comparing shutteredpress_picture and the
live_frame_pictures.
7. Check for clarity of the defined master subject.
8. User can set the priority of foreign object and/or clarity of subject to take care in
the picture outcome.
9. If foreign object is found and/or master subject is blurred, replace the location of
where foreign object is with the patch from the nearest live_frame_pictures.
10. Assisted picture is generated
11. Live_frame_pictures may be discarded once the assisted picture is generated.
See the 6 pictures attached.
Assume that we have defined the brown bird as the master subject.
With our method, we would have taken these 6 assisted pictures ( without the white bird
circle in RED ) ready without the need to do photo editing for 6 pictures thereafter for
these 6 instances of photo shots.
However using the prior art mentioned function and photo editor tools, user will have to
do the editing one by one.

Claims:

User could select the subject(s) - what are the items that are important to the outcome of
the picture. That is defined the master subject(s) to be on the outcome first.
Focus of our disclosure is on sudden foreign brought in component(s) that will affect the
defined master subject(s) of a picture.
Our disclosure:
(1) Define the master subjects that are important to the outcome of the picture we
want it to be.
(2) Map out the sudden foreign brought in component(s) that will affect the defined
master subject(s) of a picture.
(3) Process the User specified priority which could be: foreign object and/or clarity
of subject to take care in the picture outcome.
(4) An assisted picture created.
(5) Difference of our assisted pictures also prevent the artificial editing to remove
physical infrastructures that exists.. such as the prior art that remove the street lamp
wiring, changing the clothing or adding foreign items that never existed at the time of photo.

Enabling Technology:

- Device that could take a sample picture and store pictures.
- Device to take in User to input of (1) defined the master subject(s), (2) set the
priority of foreign object or clarity of subject to take care in the picture outcome
- Computer alogorithmn to process the user inputs and generated the assisted
pictures for User.
- User could retrieve the assisted picture for usage.
