Abstract:
This disclosure proposes a purchase process by using a communication device when no internet access is available.

Background:
Consider the modern online product search and shopping are all built on the capability of an internet connection. A user could use a mobile phone and computer base equipment through the internet to reach out for what the user needs and complete the transaction. Our idea is just using dialing the number to reach a central hub/service center with capability mentioned above to complete the product research and transaction

Description:
There are two aspects of the idea

1. The communication device - the tradition phone/mobile phone that could dial out to reach hub/service center
2. Hub/Service center - computer base with internet connection to reach out to the product catalog

The flow will be the following
1. Communication device dial to hub/service center to build the connection.
2. Through voice-to-text technology, translate the user's need and research products on line.
3. Prioritize the product list with ratings from users reviews.
4. User can determine which product will be put into cart through voice.
5. Transaction completed when user decided to place order.
